    Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or the social identity of that natural person.

  2. Sources and categories of personal data processed

    The administrator processes the personal data you have provided to him or the personal data that the administrator has obtained on the basis of your accommodation order.

    The administrator processes your identification and contact data and the data necessary for the performance of the contract.

  3. Legal reason and purpose of processing personal data

    The legal reason for processing personal data is the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR, The purpose of processing personal data is to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; When ordering, personal data is required, which is necessary for the successful completion of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, including your e-mail, which will be used for our marketing purposes. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it on the part of the administrator.

    There is no automatic individual decision by the administrator within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

  4. Data retention period

    The administrator retains personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and to assert claims from these contractual relations (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship). The administrator will delete the personal data after the retention period has expired.

  5. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the administrator)

    Recipients of personal data are persons involved in the supply of goods / services / execution of payments under the contract.

    The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a non-EU country) or an international organization.

  6. Your rights

    Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to correct personal data under Article 16 of the GDPR, or restrictions on processing under Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to delete personal data under Article 17 GDPR, the right to object to the processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR and the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.

    You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

  7. Privacy Policy

    The administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data and personal data repositories in paper form, in particular access to a computer under a password, printed documents are locked in a locker.

    The administrator declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.

  8. Camera system

    Maximally protected your privacy. If necessary and on the basis of our request, when such a request is made, the record from this system is handed over to the Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of mandatory cooperation.

    By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of privacy and that you accept them in full. The administrator is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of these terms and conditions will be published on their website and at the same time the new version of these terms and conditions will be sent to you by the e-mail address you provided to the administrator.


    These terms and conditions take effect on May 25, 2018.
